Blast Room Introduction
Blast room equipment’s used in variety of industrial application where surface preparation is required before protective coating. The surface of job is cleaned by a mixture of abrasive & high pressure compressed air.
Finishree offers various types of blast room design as per customers requirement , production capacity, safety and environment concern of each customers. Layout of blast room is always different for different customers.
Blast Room The Enclosure
The blast room enclosure is of steel structure having facility of ventilated & illuminated for enclosed abrasive blasting and also it is fully sealed, dust tight. The enclosure stands of its own structure without any support from surrounding. The size of enclosure depends on
• The Size Of The Job
• Number Of Operators
• Production Output
Portable Shot Blasting Machine:
Portable abrasive blaster feed the system with abrasive. Our portable blasters are typically powered by air compressors.
The air compressor provides a large volume of high-pressure air. Our Abrasive Blasters are pressurized, tank containers filled
with abrasive material, used to allow an adjustable amount and type of blast media into the main blasting line. The mushroom
valve and exhaust valves are automatically placed in a
position that the vessel is pressurized and the media is forced out through the pressure feed valve to the nozzle.
Blast Room Abrasive Recovery & Separation System
All abrasive recovery system include three basic functions :
This is the media separation unit which is having rotary screen separator which receives all media & dust particles from blasted work piece by bucket elevator. This rotary screen separator separate the dust & un wanted material & transfer reusable abrasives to blasting pot.
Blast Room Floor Design
Various type of floor designs available in blast room.
1. Single Screw Partial Recovery
2. "H" Shaped Partial Recovery
3. “U" Shaped Partial Recovery
4. Full Floor Recovery
